Return policy

Within 30 days (15 days for electronic products)

"In-stock" items can be returned for a complete credit within 30 days from date of purchase. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase must be supplied.

You need only to click on return marchandise on our Internet site while being connected to your online profile.

You prefer talking to one of our Customer Service Representative 1-800-667-3690.

The Representative will fill it out for you and immediately issue you a return authorization number that you will note on your parcel.

No credit refund will be issued if the merchandise is returned without an authorization number.

Special ordered non-stock items specifically ordered for you cannot be returned.

After 30 days

In some instances, handling charges, delivery/freight charges and restocking charges may be applied.

Defective merchandise is contingent on the manufacturer’s defective and/or repair / replacement policies.


Installation fees and special orders are non-refundable.

All returns must be approved by the Customer Service Department and re-stocking fees may be applied.

Some remote areas may be subject to a freight charge for furniture returns.
